RATES:

NIGHTLY RATES.......$ 140 per night, up to 4 people, plus $10.00 each additional person up to six maximum.  2 night minimum.

WEEKLY RATES:......from $ 840, up to 4 people - this rate reflects one night free*.   WEEKLY RATES can start on any day, except Saturday.

Special Weekly Rate:  April thru May 21, 2009:  $ 750 per week including taxes, PLUS A $50 cleaning fee.

* One night free does not include holidays.  No Saturday to Saturday weekly reservations.

HOLIDAY RATES:                                  

MEMORIAL DAY  .....$ 160 PER NIGHT (MAY 22-25, 2009) 3 night minimum,   JULY 4TH, & LABOR DAY ......$160 per night - 3 night minimum

THANKSGIVING....$ 170 PER NIGHT - 4 night minimum (Nov.23-28, 2009)

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S...$ 190 per night from Dec. 22 - JAN. 2, 2009.  5 night minimum.

 ADD $ 10 PER NIGHT FOR EACH PERSON OVER 4, UP TO 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.   

Note:  Until confirmation, rates are subject to change without notice.  All rentals will be charged a $50 CLEANING FEE.  Lodging fees and gross receipt fees are included in all rental fees. 

We will not rent to vacationing students, or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.  ALL OF OUR GUESTS MUST SIGN A COPY OF OUR CABIN RULES.   You are welcome to email us for a copy in advance of your reservation if you wish.

No Smoking.   No Pets. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: If your reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be made minus a $25 processing fee.  If your reservation is cancelled within the 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in, and the cabin is re-rented for the same number of nights, a full refund will be made, minus a $25 processing fee.  If the reservation is cancelled within the 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival and not re-rented, the payment will be forfieted.  Holiday reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, with the above rules applying.

December 15 - January 4th Reservations must be paid in full by November 15th.

PAYMENT:  A Deposit of Two Night's Rent is Required to Hold Your Reservation.  ****Make check or money order payable to Elk Hollow, and sent to Jeri-Lynn Sandusky, 602 Dawson Trail, Georgetown, TX 78633.  We must receive the deposit within 7 days of the initial reservation.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT :  Check-in is at 4:00pm.  Check-out is no later than 11:00am.  We will try to accommodate requests for an earlier check-ins whenever possible.
